How do I make an appointment?

For a new patient appointment, contact the Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery clinic at 410-328-6866.

What should I bring to my appointment?

If you have been seen and referred by another physician, please bring copies of hearing tests, balance tests, and reports of radiographic studies that you have had. You can get copies of these from your referring physician. You may ask your referring physician to FAX them to our office, but bring your own copies as well. If you have had a CT scan or MRI scan, bring not only a report from the radiologist, but the actual films or a CD-ROM version of the films. It is very important your doctor has the opportunity to read the films personally.

The offices of the Maryland Center for Hearing and Balance are located in the James T. Frenkil Building at 16 S. Eutaw St., fourth floor.

How do I contact my doctor in an emergency?

In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Room closest to your home. During office hours you may call the Otolaryngology Clinic at 410-328-6866. After office hours, call 410-328-6866 and the answering service will page the doctor on call.

How do I get a prescription refilled?
