If you or a family member has concerns, contact the Rehab Services department or your doctor to determine if therapy is necessary. A referral may be required for services.

After a thorough evaluation, an individualized treatment plan will be developed to address your areas of deficits.

Tips for Staying Healthy

Participate in some type of physical activity daily.
Maintain good posture.
Push heavy objects; don't pull.
Squat to lift with your legs, not with your back.
Eat a healthy diet.
