Conditions of patients on the Palliative Care Service include the following:

• chronic pain, nausea or fatigue
• end stage diseases (kidney, liver, etc.)
• cancer
• AIDS/HIV
• CHF and COPD
• autoimmune disorder
• respiratory failure
• stroke
