Division of Pediatric Immunology and Rheumatology
The Division of Pediatric Immunology and Rheumatology offers comprehensive
evaluation and treatment for infants at risk of developing HIV and children
and adolescents with HIV as well as consultative care for children and adolescents
with rheumatologic disorders.
As one of the NIH-funded Pediatric AIDS Treatment Centers and Ryan White
supported units, the division offers access to state-of-the-art HIV clinical
trails and provides a comprehensive array of services to families impacted by
HIV.

Comprehensive Evaluations
- Assessment of children born to mothers who are HIV-positive or otherwise
at risk for HIV

- Mental Health and support services for children and families impacted by
HIV

- PACE evaluates infants at risk for perinatal transmission of HIV and children
and adolescents with HIV, and offers comprehensive management of pediatric
HIV
- Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic offers evaluation and treatment for children
with rheumatologic diseases
- Outreach services for women in the West Baltimore area at risk for HIV
