A little bit about myself...
I was born in Wichita, Kansas, and raised in Mobile, Alabama - the true birthplace of Mardi Gras! I decided to move north for college and ended up at the University of Maryland. I attended West Virginia University of School of Medicine and am excited to be back in Maryland for residency. I live in Baltimore City and enjoy getting to learn all the fun things to do in the city. I especially love sports and hope to enjoy some Orioles and Ravens games throughout the year.
The things I like about the program are the intelligent yet warm and friendly people you get to work with. One of their strengths is the emphasis on life long learning and education.
I have not yet decided whether or not I will pursue a subspecialty but I know this program will prepare me well either way.
