A little bit about myself...
I had an interesting childhood. I was born in England (Father is British, Mother is Brazilian), and then lived in over 9 countries including China and Ghana. Clearly travel is in my blood and I'm trying to keep the number countries I've visited even with my age. Let's just say I've been to over 25.
Though I love to move, I'm excited to live in Baltimore for the next three years. What makes a city a great place to live is the people. This is the first year the Peds intern year is all women, and it's also the first year that everyone is hilarious, fun and instant friends (this may or may not be true, it could have happened before).
I feel so lucky to be starting residency in a place that encourages learning, laughter and life-long friendships.
