Symptoms Of Depression

Are you wondering if you have depression?

Here are some warning signs to watch for in yourself and in people you know:

Difficulty concentrating, or persistent boredom
Increased need for sleep
Feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness
Loss of energy or fatigue
Uncontrollable crying
Decreased sex drive
Losing enjoyment from things that were once pleasurable
Major changes in eating or sleeping patterns
recurring thoughts of death or suicide
Difficulty making decisions
Unexplained headaches, stomachaches, or pains
