Cancer Thriving & Surviving is a free, motivating six-week workshop designed for people with cancer and their caregivers. The workshop is open to all patients who have ever had cancer, whether they are currently in treatment or have completed treatment.

The workshop empowers cancer survivors to set goals, make action plans and improve their lives, and each of the six sessions builds upon the last. Topics covered in the workshop include:

  • Fatigue management
  • Mind-body connection
  • Exercise and fitness
  • Pain management techniques
  • Living with uncertainty
  • ... and More

Workshops are currently being offered:
