How to Apply
Applications for the Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship Program are only accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). A minimum of three years of training and board eligibility in internal medicine are prerequisites. Foreign medical graduates must have J1 or permanent visas or have passed the USMLE step 1, step 2 CK and step 2 CS exams and must also have ECFMG certification.
The following materials must be submitted through ERAS no later than August 31.

- Personal statement
- Current curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation, including one from your program director.
- Your email address
Upon review of these materials, select candidates will be invited to interview at the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center to develop a greater understanding of our program.
