A Multidisciplinary Approach

The University of Maryland Spine Program -- which is a part of the University of Maryland Department of Orthopaedics -- provides a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to the evaluation and treatment of patients with spinal disorders affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.

Patients and their families are guided through the diagnosis and education of both operative and nonoperative treatment protocols by our staff, which consists of:
