Many patients seek consultation and listing but �opt out� by repeated refusal of organ AND do not sign delisting documents
Opt out is most common because patients feel they are doing well and �don�t need surgery now�. Self selecting as patient with good survival
Waiting time of ready candidate is very short:
- BT A,B = days
- BT O = weeks
