University Specialty Hospital Inpatient Services Ended in July, 2012

 

In July, the University of Maryland Medical System relocated the chronic care programs currently offered at University Specialty Hospital, as follows:

• The traumatic brain injury program moved to Kernan Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Hospital.
• Ventilator-dependent patients were moved to Maryland General Hospital.
