
Overview:
We're used to getting a prescription when we're sick, but what about a prescription for wellness? There are many things we can do to be healthy, such as incorporating exercise into our daily life and eating healthier foods, regardless of our age, health status or fitness level. This program covers the many things all of us can do to stay healthy and active as we age.

Dr. Yvette Rooks, family medicine specialist at the University of Maryland Medical Center and assistant professor of family and community medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Rooks is also one of the team physicians for the University of Maryland Terrapins.
