Prescription for Wellness

Overview:
We're used to getting a prescription when we're sick, but what about a prescription for wellness? There are many things we can do to be healthy, such as incorporating exercise into our daily life and eating healthier foods, regardless of our age, health status or fitness level. This program covers the many things all of us can do to stay healthy and active as we age.
