Easton, Maryland, resident and breast cancer survivor Edith Wharton was diagnosed with acute leukemia in 2006. She was treated at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center under the care of Dr. Ivana Gojo and is now in remission. She shares some thoughts dealing with a cancer diagnosis and her treatment experience in this short video.
