Overview:

Experts at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center are using the da Vinci robot to perform minimally invasive prostate cancer surgery. Robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy results in smaller incisions, shorter hospital stays, less pain and faster recover for men having proatate cancer surgery. This three-minute video explains the robotic prostatectomy procedure.
