High-Risk and Twin Pregnancies, with Dr. Ahmet Baschat

Our first-ever live video chat, which aired on September 24, featured Dr. Ahmet Baschat, who answered questions about high-risk and twin pregnancies.

Dr. Baschat is the head of the Section of Fetal Therapy at UMMC’s Center for Advanced Fetal Care, which is one of several programs in the nation to offer the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic options for medical and surgical conditions of the unborn child. Dr. Baschat is a well-known expert in complicated twin pregnancies, including twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) and fetal therapy.
