Prescription Refills
- Refills should be requested at the time of your office visit.
- Refills will be sent electronically whenever possible.
- If you use a mail order pharmacy, you must provide us with your member identification number and the mail order fax number.
- Try to request refills with enough advance notice so you do not run out of medications.
