The Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and liver. Treatment facilities include a state-of-the-art endoscopy laboratory that provides a full range of endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic equipment and treatment area.
If necessary, minimally invasive or laparoscopic surgery, which our surgeons now use for most operations, requires much smaller incisions than traditional surgery. This makes operations safer and significantly reduces patients' hospital stays and recovery times.
