If you are a woman seeking information about what foods to eat during your pregnancy, you have come to the right place! This 10-part class will teach you about good nutrition during pregnancy to promote health for you and your baby. Each section of the class should take about 10-15 minutes of your time (the whole class can be finished in about 2 hours). As you journey through your pregnancy, please be sure to talk with your health care provider about this information.
