Residency Program
Education: Lecture Series - Every Friday
Every Friday residents are excused from their clinical duties for one-half
day of academic protected time consisting of a resident meeting with the Department
Chair and the Program Director, followed by Grand Rounds, Case Conferences presented
by residents and attendings and CREOG review sessions.
Other weekly conferences include Obstetrics-Pediatrics, OB Antepartum, and
OB Strip Rounds. There is also a biweekly tumor board
- 7:30 am - Resident Meeting with Program Director and Department
Chair to share department/hospital information and discuss resident issues
- 8:00 am - Grand Rounds with scheduled guest speakers on
a variety of OB/GYN topics
- 9:15 - 10:45 am - Case discussions (all residents and faculty)
- 11am - noon - Expert seminar
