Salary and benefits information is available through the office of Graduate Medical Education.
Research by fellows is encouraged, and additional days of academic leave and
financial support may be granted for fellows who present original scientific
papers that they have authored and that will be submitted for peer-reviewed
The Maryland Radiological Society (MRS), featuring nationally prominent speakers,
meets biannually and focuses on a specific area of radiology. The MRS provides
a featured section for residents and fellows in training, including information
on the job market.
To obtain certification for their training, fellows are expected to complete
the entire 52 weeks of their appointments.
